Each year the SaltireFoundation awards 20 Fellowships. Our objective is to find, fuel and spark Scotland's human potential, in turn creating our next generation of business leaders.

The Saltire Fellowship is a world-class, year long programme that fast-tracks the careers of ambitious business-minded individuals, by providing them with the skills and entrepreneurial drive to transform Scottish companies into global businesses of scale. We are looking for talented, ambitious and committed individuals to grasp the opportunities offered by this challenging programme. The programme, starting in September 2010, will expose candidates to:

• An intensive, on campus learning experience at Babson College, recognised internationally as a centre of excellence for entrepreneurship.
• A team-based, commercially-oriented project within a major, global US company.


• An individual, high profile, externship project in an exciting early stage entrepreneurial company that fits the profile of their post fellowship career
