In today's fast paced business environment, ways of networking have to adapt to keep up with the times. With this in mind, 16 Scottish companies were brought together in Edinburgh on the 23rd March for an intense 60 minutes of speed networking with GlobalScots.

This was the first time that the International Networks team had used this networking style with GlobalScots and companies, but it immediately caught everyone's attention as the event was filled within 3 hours of advertising! The GlobalScots and companies came from all sectors to encourage convergence in connections and discussions with those in industries that normally wouldn't cross paths. This open approach led to over 200 introductions on the night which will lead to a high number of requests for further meetings for more indepth talks.

The evening itself was fast-paced and high energy with a large number of participants having not taken part in this type of event before, so it certainly made an impression with a lot of positive feedback received from delegates on the night.
