Founded by GlobalScots, the Saltire Foundation Fellowship pushes Scotland’s next generation of business leaders to new levels through a world-class programme which provides a unique blend of academic learning and practical experience.

The Saltire Fellowship is based on three principles: entrepreneurial leadership, experiential learning and a global mindset rooted in Scotland. The Fellowship involves study at Babson College in Boston (the world’s #1 business school for entrepreneurship) combined with high-level ‘externship’ placements with multi-nationals in the USA and high-growth firms in Scotland.

Recruitment for the 2012 Saltire Fellowship has begun. There are options to apply through open enrolment or through company sponsorship.
