John has vast industry experience from both a retail and wholesale point of view. A 14 year veteran within the Sports Industry working within dynamic Brands including NIKE and Reebok in varied positions, covering all aspects of Sales and Product Marketing on a Global Level.

John also spent 10 years within the vertical retail sector primarily within the footwear and apparel segments .


Lauren Milligan

Originally from Glasgow, Lauren Milligan gained an MA(Hons) in English Literature from Glasgow University.

After graduating she spent a year as the creative director of Glasgow Fashion Week, bringing new designers and established Scottish names together for the catwalk shows, which took place in March 2007. During this time she was also editing the GFW magazine and concurrently working for London-based label AllSaints.

In 2007, Lauren moved to London with her husband Ben, to pursue a career in fashion journalism while continuing to build the AllSaints brand as ecommerce manager - and latterly as PR & marketing manager.

She took up the role of fashion news editor at VOGUE.COM in January 2009.


Gordon Cunningham

Strategic Sourcing and Corp Ops Finance V.P.

Employed by Gap Inc ($15bn) global retail company with 3 primary brands Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic since 2004. Current Vice President role covers;

• CFO for the following Corporate Operations groups; Logistics, Stores maintenance, Store construction and Corporate facilities/admin

• Lead the Non Merchandise procurement organization. Previously led the finance function for worldwide Merchandise sourcing

Prior experience was in Technology working for Digital, Compaq and HP over an 18 period. Gordon spent 6 years in the United States in various corporate roles ultimately as Supply chain Finance VP for both Compaq and HP

Previously spent 14 years in Europe with Digital leading to leadership role as European Supply chain controller for their PC business based in Irvine.

Leadership role in the planning of the HP/Compaq Supply chain integration with $1bn in savings achieved.

Educated at Edinburgh University (B.Comm in Business and Accounting).
